1. Unique Items
Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Because of this, I’m unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
2. When Refunds Apply
Refunds are only available if an item arrives damaged or defective. To process a refund, the item must be returned and inspected.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the price and is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for returning items safely.
4. Reporting Issues
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.

Orders are shipped from Sweden with postnord.
I offer free shipping, already included in the price of each piece. Delivery is intended worldwide, but availability depends on postal routes and carrier restrictions. Some countries may not be eligible for delivery.
